Ninh
Thuan is a coastal province in the South Central of Vietnam. It
borders on Khanh Hoa province to the north, Binh Thuan province to
the south, Lam Dong province to the west, and the East east to the
east. Its capital town is Phan Rang – Thap Cham that locates on the
national transport axes. It is 350 kilometers from Hochiminh city
and 105 kilometers from Nha Trang on national highway 1A,
and 110 kilometers from Da Lat on national highway 27. The above
describe geographical location creates a number of favorable
conditions for Ninh Thuan to promote economic and culture exchange
and relationships with coastal provinces in the region, and to catch
up with the national integration process. |

Ninh Thuan is known as
the country’s driest area. But that is an advantage for the province
to grow some productive and high-yied plants and animals that
provide typical products such as grapes, sugarcane, yellow tobacco,
cotton, neem, and goat and sheep.
Ninh
Thuan’ fishing field is one of the four major ones in the country
with many valuable aqua-products that can be produced the whole year
around. Its long coast has many beautiful bathing beaches that are
both suitable for tourism development and good for
the development of high-scale industrial salt production. Mineral
products in Ninh Thuan are relatively rich and diverse, including
several kinds with high reserve and good quality that is
advantageous to industrial exploitation such as granite stone,
silicate, mineral water, etc. |

In the province’s socio-economis development strategy,
tourism is identified as a great advantage. The beaches are
unpolluted by rivers, springs and insdustrial zones. There are many
beautiful bathing beaches that are famous nationally like Ninh Chu,
Ca Na, Vinh Hy and Binh Tien. With dry climate, the nature has made
up typical ecological areas that created, together with monuments,
favorable for tourism development has been attractiong investors.
Ninh Thuan is promising to become an attractive tourist address in
the coming future.
Ninh Thuan aways, in the process of
development, places an importance on facilitating production growth,
economic structure shift and advantageous potential exploitation in
the direction of industrial, service and tourism development. Give
priorities to investment into infrastructure construction of
industrial parks and tourism, and completion of transport, power
supply and water supply/drainage networks.
The province has issued preferential policies to
attract investment. It not only meets priorities as regulated by the
State but also gives local and foreign investors specific
priorities, such as using lowest land rental rate, land rental fee
reduction and exemption, tax reduction and exemption for
particularly encouraged investment projects, implementation of
puplic administrative reforms in the light of “one-door”
regulation, and carrying out investment support measures like
support for premise learance and compensation, financial assistance
to project setup and human resource training, credit security, and
post-investment interest support etc. These regulations are
regularly considered, adjusted and suitably supplemented in each
petiod in order to best meet every requirement set by investors.
With a view to accelerating the construction of
infrastructure system, the province has issued regulations attached
by the list of projects calling for investment in forms of capital
advance for execution, exchange land infrastructure and mobilization
of many capital sources for development investment.
Ninh Thuan welcomes and always widely opens its
