The province ha finalized tourism development master plan to 2010. This master plan ha identified: Build Ninh Thuan to make it become a country’s leading tourism center and form, together with Nha Trang and Da Lat, a national tourism triangle. Diversify various kinds of tourism to best exploit local available tourism potentials; put investment into upgrading roadways to tourist resorts. Give permission to provincial and non-provincial invividuals and businesses to invest into establishing new tourist resorts in the locations that are able to attract tourists through preferential mechanisms and policies. The ones encouraged for development for is sea tours linked with ecological and cultural tours.

     - As for sea tourism: Invest into the construction of Ninh Chu – Binh Son – Ca na – Vinh Hy and Binh Tien tourist resorts.

    - As for eco tourism: Invest into the construction of Ninh Chu – Binh Son – Ca Na – Vinh Hy and Binh Tien tourist resorts.

   - As for eco tourism: Establish tourist resort of Tien Spring in Cong Hai, hot spring in Tan Son and Lo O spring in Vinh Hai, and ecological tourism points close to Tan Giang lake, Song Sat lake, Song Trau lake and Nuoc Ngot lake.

   - As for cultural tourism: Cultural tourist resort complex close to nationally recognized cultural works and historical monuments like Poklong Grai, Porome and Hoa Lai towers, and traditional festivals of Cham and Raglai people.

    Tourist resort complexes include:

    - Ninh Chu – Binh Son tourist resort close to Nui Chua natural preservation park, Lo O spring, Nuoc Ngot spring and Vinh Hy lagoon where tourists can observe horse mackerels and codfish catching activities with the tradition of using lightened fishing nets.

   - Binh Tien tourist resort close to Binh Tien beach. This resort is 20 kilometrs from Cam Ranh and 6 kilometers from national highway 1A. There is a long, clean and beautiful bathing beach with neglected scenery.

   - Cultural tourist resort complex close to Poklong Grai tower and 7 kilometers from Phan Rang and build since XIII century. This is the place Cham prople’s traditional festivals take place. In addition, there are Cham-style architechtural monuments like Porome and Hoa Lai towers and other cultural monuments that bring attactive tours./.
