      Socio-economic infrastructure system

    Water supply

     There are three water-producing plants in the province with the capacity pf more than 14,000m3/24-hour day, that supply water for Phan Rang-Thap Cham town and district towns of Tan Son, Khanh Hai and Phuoc Dan. By 2005, Ninh Thuan will have upgraded and expanded Phan Rang water plant, and increased its capacity from 12,000/m3/24-hour day to 52,000/ m3/24-hour day. It will also construct Quan The and Ca Na water supply systems and others so as to meet the requirements of providing clean water for living and production in the province./.


      
Communication:

      100% of communes and quarters in the province have been covered with  communication system. It will make its efforts to reach 5 and 7-8 telephones per 100 people by 2005 and 2010 respectively. It also make sure that communication will reach most of locations in the province.
 

        Banking:

     Ninh Thuan’s banking system includes different branches of Agriculture bank, Bank for investment and development, and Bank for the poor. Its banking network has been established from at provincial to district and residential center levels to sufficiently and promtly meet the capital needs for business and production activities carried out by every economic component.

     In addition, there is a branch of Development support fund that provides loans, preferential interest and post-investment support for projects included in the list of investment encouraged projects in the province./.
